Disability modifications is a service our MMD team are passionate about. We will coordinate and manage highly specialised and multidisciplinary tradespeople and specialist subcontractors to conduct various disability modifications for residential, commercial and government properties across Geelong, the Surfcoast, Colac and the Bellarine Peninsula.
At MMD, we aim to provide independence and security for people with disabilities allowing them to stay in their home. By installing access ramps, safety rails or other access features, we hope to provide independence for those living with disabilities.
MMD employs a team of local Geelong maintenance people, including multi-discipline experienced tradespeople and administration staff. In addition to its permanent workforce, MMD coordinates an extensive network of local sub-contractors. With such a large crew on hand, we can control jobs more thoroughly and have our tradesmen on-site when needed. Our in-house tradespeople includes carpenters, joiners, plumbers, painters, plasterers, bricklayers, concreters, cleaners and garden, maintenance specialists.
